BAUHAUS, one of European’s leading DIY chains opened the doors of it’s first megastore in the autonomous region of Tarragona 1st of August. With more than 12.000 sqm it’s the largest DIY store in town which offers more than 120.000 products to its customers. The new BAUHAUS is located in a prime location, door-to-door with a Carrefour Hipermarket, directly on the main highway to Tarragona City.
Retalia and its local partners Celeste 2003 S.L. and Quintefa S.L. delivered the turnkey building in less than 12 month to the tenant. Retalia has currently further three DIY-Megastores in its development pipeline.
